Patrick is also the creator of Ølbloggen, one of Norway's leading beer blogs, where his main mission is simple: to show people that beer is so much more than just lager.
Teaching has always been at the heart of Patrick's work. Through tastings, courses, and writing, he has helped thousands of people better understand beer — from raw ingredients and brewing techniques to flavor, styles, and history.
